Well hello!
My mission for the last 15 years or so has been to feel fully connected to the world; unlocking whatever potential my life holds. To create my own personal safe space where my life is lived on purpose and I feel seen & valued within my chosen community. Within my chosen identity. I realized that in order to feel amazing every day, both mentally & physically, I had to start with what goes in. What lessons I choose to learn; what I consume. What I feed not only my body, but my mind. I've learned that changing my input was the quickest way to affect my outcome. I built a set of beliefs & philosophies from that idea. Each one alone doesn't do much, but when put together they ended up paving my road out from a place of negativity, fear, blame and regret.
I created Put Good In to organize my philosophies so that I could better understand them as well as share them with you. The first step in this is launching the Feed The Right Wolf Initiative™. This series will focus on the values and benefits of staying mindful throughout the day. Lessons that I have learned the hard way over a lifetime of trial & error. When we put good in and feed the right wolf there's no limit to what we can do. I sincerely hope this helps you as much as it has me.
